My buddy has a regular 360 and a 10” helix. What adapter does he need? He bought a used transducer. He is only running 1 bird and solely for the 360

The original 360 comes with a AS GPS HS antenna, 20' Ethernet cable, and 6' power cord.

The Helix needs a AS EC QDE Ethernet Adapter to connect the Ethernet cable to it.
Must use an Ethernet cable between the 360 Ethernet cord and display.

Just to make sure I am clear in what I tell him.....it is the cable from the 360 itself—> Ethernet cable—> adapter—> head unit? So 2 cables extending the wire from the 360?

Yes two cables between the 360 Ethernet cord and display.

If he doesn't want to deal with almost 30' of cable to manage, he can get the 5' Ethernet cable AS EC 5E to reduce 15' of it.
