    Ground beef ideas

I picked up a couple pounds of 80/20. I have been doing a lot of smashburgers lately so I was thinking about a meatloaf but am open to other ideas. I have a Rectec and griddle. Whatcha got for ideas?????

Stuffed peppers. Bell, poblano, banana, whatever works. Enchiladas, lasagna.

My parents always had chili over pasta. I found a good recipe for chili and pasta on a pasta box. Used my imagination and used the instapot. Came out great. Real good on a cold day.
