Does anyone know of a place to stay this weekend on Grand that’s not a gigantic house for $1000 a night?? My wife has the first holiday weekend off since we’ve been married and it kind of came up last minute. Just a clean place with a bed and bathroom/shower is all we need. I’ve checked air bnb and Vrbo everything is booked. I’ve checked all the cabins I can find on the internet so I’m just checking here to see if someone might have an off the beaten path option to check

Candlewyck Resort near Grove or Shangri La Resort.
Candlewyci is small, has its own dock, several large houses for rent and other smaller rooms and one honeymoon cabin.
We have stayed at Shangri La many times and it has been great.
I found a place in dripping springs. It’s a little more than we needed but was the best option with being so late in the game. Thanks guys.

It was a great weekend we have some friends with a chaparral that we hung out with and stayed in drowning creek except for running up to Juan Montez for dinner Saturday night. Toby Keith was there so that was kind of cool. Didn’t get to fish as much as I wanted due to back spasms flaring up Saturday but other than that we had a great time.
