    1992 Intimidator question

What’s the best size jackplate to put on this boat with a 225? I’m looking at buying one (I don’t own it....yet ) and it has a manual jackplate. My old boat had the stringers break so I still have everything from that boat. The boat I’m looking at has a 200 on it, but I would swap it with my 225. I also have a 10” hydraulic jackplate. I was curious if I would be good with a 10” on this boat. Thanks guys. Can’t wait to test the boat out later today!

10" plate works good on those hulls. Just make sure the steering cables are long enough if the boat currently has a shorter plate.
