Eyra prop selection after switch to 4stroke

I currently have an eyra with a 250 pro xs 2stroke it didnt like to come out of the hole with a full team tournament load. It came with a 26 fury 3 blade. Switching to a 250 pro xs 4stroke with torqmaster this week. What prop or props should i run witht the 4 stroke?

I believe the 24 Fury 3 is the norm with the 4S.

I have a 2020 and it came with a 24 fury 3. I have poles and a bob's plate, I'm happy with hole shot and performance with 2 people and full load of tackle.

Going up is much easier than going down on a propeller rebuild.

I usually go smaller and have it worked. I find I get exactly what I want. I would rather bump the rev limiter and have it worked off of it, than be over propped.

We would try to run a smaller propeller to maximize the RPM range and utilize the engine torque range. If your only turning 5850 to 6000 on top end with this engine you are leaving performance on the table.

I would agree I would sell your two props and look for a 24/3 fury if you have poles. If not and not a super heavy load or hot area the 25 seems to spin decent on my buddy Adams new eyra he made a pass the other day at 81 mph. I just got a spare 24 for mine, has some tiny marks on it but it was only $275 and I will send it off to Ronnie to clean up and add some low end lift.

I have a worked 25 and 26 Fury 3 blade on my 2020 eyra. It’s loaded w 4 31 batteries three graphs Ultrexx power poles etc. get rid of the 26. And most likely your not gonna like a 25. The 24 Fury 3 is the prop for most applications on this boat.
