It's always been hard to find here in Canada. Lucas Slick Mist (available at Canadian Tire) is a good alternative used by many here on BBC. I have been through the gamut of quick detailers, starting with BBS, then Slick Mist, followed by Eagle Wax As U Dry Marine. I now use Seal n Shine (available here at Walmart) which I feel is a superior product to all of the three. The shine is brilliant, seems to last a little longer, and contains both carnauba and sealant. Having said that, I still seal my glass with two coats of Pro Tec Sealant at the beginning of the season and use the quick detailer after that.

Do you use it just like BBS.... as a wipe down after getting off the lake?

Why don't one of you guys become a dealer? You would have the Canadian market cornered and problem solved.

I have never used any spray detailer as a wipe down. I wait until I get home and then wash or wet wipe the boat, and then apply the spray.

I normally wipe mine down when I get home, it's cooler in the garage. I wet a rag with clean water then mist BBS on the rag and wipe sections of the boat and follow up with a clean dry cloth, usually old t-shirts.Repeat as necessary until the boat is done. BBS is all I've used on my boat for many years, it's an 02 that I bought new and still looks like it.
