Question for SE MI Rod Builders

I was wondering if there are any local rod builders. One of my wifes St Croix rods had the tip section snap, it's a Legend Tournament so it was under warranty, went through their process and got a replacement. My question is, we still have the broken rod and was wondering if it's possible to salvage the reel seat and guides to put onto another blank? If that is possible, is there anyone local that does this? It is a 7' MHF spinning rod and was thinking of putting the hardware onto a 7'6" MLXF blank. If you, or you know someone that would be interested please PM me and we can discuss details. Thanks

It would be easier and cheaper to just buy new components. The time/work involved in removing those parts would prob cost equal or more than buying new.
