Bravo 1 XS vs Bravo 1 LT

Looking for a good prop to replace my Fury 4 on a Phoenix 921PHX with a 250 Verado. Just wondering if anybody can give me a comparison on these two Bravo styles.

Can’t speak from experience, but the LT is for multi species boats. 921phx would do better with the Bravo 1 xs, or better yet, the Bravo 1 FS (four stroke for the verado) I have a Caymas with the Merc 250 Pro XS four stroke and I’m told by someone in the know to run a Bravo 1 FS 23.5 pitch. XS has 8 pvs vent holes, FS has 4. Shouldn’t need 8 vent holes on a 4 stroke, probably going to plug most if not all pvs holes anyway.

Cx21, not knocking your guy in (the know) but a 23.5 bravo is too small, you will hit rev limit way before you top out.
    I run a 21x with 250 4s with a 25.5 bravo @6150rpm

What is your jack plate setting at 6150rpm? Single or dual console? Tournament loaded? (2 guys, gear, full live wells, etc?) Lithium batteries or not? Do you have Hydraulic jack plate? A lot of factors involved, but I'm curious about your setup. What prop did your boat come with from factory?

By the way, the guy in the know ran my exact boat with the 23.5 bravo 1 FS and said it will be great. He also took a stock, light load CX20 with 250 merc to 80.9 mph by playing with props. Works at the dealership I bought my boat from, I hope he knows what he's talking about. Guess I will find out...

Thanks for info. I am hoping to run my jack plate lower... with 24 p fury 3 I have to run at 7-8 on atlas plate to turn over 6k rpm. Caymas should be able to run at around 4 on JP. Our boats’ dry weights are about the same. If the new prop hits limiter and won’t do what I want, I’ll try a pitch or two bigger. Appreciate the input. Cheers!

I’ve run the fury 4 blade 24 keep throwing a blade ran and tund a bravo 1FX 25 was not bad but put a pro max 25 that we worked running on a nitro z21 pro xs 250 got lost lift good hole shot 5800 rpms runs at 72.4 have Bobs plate on it. The pro max has thicker blades on them

For what it is worth, I run a Phoenix 20 PHX with 250 Four stroke. I turn a 23 Fury 3 6150 at 72 mph with just myself and 25 gallons of gas and all tackle. I turn a 25 Bravo 1 XS 6100 at 70mph with same load. Can't imagine a 23.5 but I think the Caymas 21 may be a bit more boat to move than mine. So might be ok especially with a tournament load. I would love to know your actual figures once you run it.
