It is powered by the Green wire.
I guess i don't know.
There is most likely a dedicated fuse in your tow vehicle for that light. Check it.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
All the fuses for the tow vehicle are good. Thanks for the help.
Green wire——- he knows it goes to the right side light. He is letting you know, so you can use a test light or a voltmeter.. Is it the same socket, taillight/ brake light bulb?
Does it blink on that side?
Yes the blinker works on that side.

On most (every) properly wired trailer there is one wire that operates the brake and turn signal for each side. That one (green in this case) wire operates both right side lights. If the signal flashes then the brake must also work. If the housing for the right side does not have a good ground, the RH signal will sometimes flash the parking light instead. It can look like the RH turn signal but it's not. Check the ground to that light assembly.
Thanks again for all your help.I checked the ground and all connections and could not find any problems.Put a stick between the brake pedal and dash to hold the brake down and walked back to look at the wiring again and now the brake light is working. Go figure.
You fixed it when checking the ground more than likely.

Keep the stick handy
You can stop using the stick and use your 4 way flasher. Same wire same bulb(s).
