    Fall worm fishing

What worms would you fish during the fall and how would you rig them?

I like a larger worm in late summer and fall, something like a 10 inch power worm or an 8 inch producto tournament worm tex rigged or sometimes on a C-rig.

Depends how you are fishing? Late summer/early fall you can still catch fish with a big worm offshore. Though as the water really starts cooling down I catch a lot of fish on a straight tail worm on a shaky head.

That's been my "go-to" bait for YEARS. Black Grape is a great color as is Chameleon Grape. I'll fish it anytime the water is over 65 degrees or so.

When You guys are at the Producto.com website, check these out for the Lilypads ; especially the 4" in the Shiner color with a real small weight

    https://www.productolure.com/index.p...product_id=279

Or use these hooks weightless. These are coated w/Flourine™ which adds some heft, plus they don't rust the hooks (remember that Senko™ You left on the hook overnight?)

I use a Skirt and throw the 4" Shiner right in the pads, when/if it is determined the fish are sticking to the pads, i then run the Tournament Worm..
