Headed out there in the morning. I am not from around here and don’t fish these lakes in tournaments. Just looking for an idea of what to look for right now, just want to catch a few fish. I know the lake a little, but certainly not like you guys do. Any nudges in the right direction would be appreciated.

We managed to find some decent offshore fish. Didn’t catch many, but they were quality fish. I was pleased for only having experience there during the spring.
That’s great.. How’s the lake look with all the recent rains?

Down towards the dam it was pretty dingy looking, up in the main lake it a bit better, but still a bit dirty.
