Sonar on/off qustion

Have 2 Helix10 HW 2.5 unis with a Terrova built in MDI transducer connected to ether net hub.

Helm unit (SI transducer on transom) has no hesitation when switching sonar on and off.

Does not matter if sonar on or off when the unit is shut down.


Bow unit is mostly used for mapping with sonar off while using a Livescope system.

When I switch to sonar on, the sonar views do not populate the graph.

I have to restart the unit and the views are populated.

If the sonar "on" is chosen when the the unit is shut down, no problem when turned on again.

When sonar "off" is chosen when shut down, sonar "on" does not show any sonar views.

Glitch in the matrix? LOL
