Question for Grand Lake/Grove Locals

Coming over for the Nichols championship in September. Can you recommend best places to stay? I think is a motel that looked nice that you can back your boat right up to the room near Sailboat bridge, across from maybe a comfort inn that looked good. Just looking for a decent place to with good boat parking for the mini vacation.

Hopefully fishing will be good then!

You are referring to the Days Inn. Best Western would be pick.

Actually a vrbo would be my pick.

best western is set up for boats .days in is nice also..outrigger u can back up to room..all three have tournament guys all the time

Last couple of trips at the outrigger, I’m pretty sure they aren’t putting money into repairs/replacement. Probably stayed my last day there till they fix it up. Cock roaches on the sink did me in. Mind you it has been a year and a half

Stayed one night at Outrigger last month, then moved to the Days inn. Both had problems with the rooms not being too clean. The parking for both is good though.

Usually after a day of fishing on that stingy place I could sleep on the sidewalk lol. We live about an hour south and usually drive back and forth. Makes for a long weekend during the Nichols but switching trucks and drivers makes it bearable.
