1999 Sprint control box

I have a 1999 Sprint F/S 277 with a 1999 Johnson 115. Control box is toast. Looking to purchase new or used (in good shape) for replacement.
It is the concealed model from that year. I do not want to cut the upholstery any further nor have screws visible, picky i know.
Any assistance is appreciated. I can't get a definite answer from the after market suppliers so.

Check with the guys on the Evinrude/Johnson forum....they my have an idea where you might can find one...also check with your local dealer(s) to see if they might have one laying around.

I have found all of Mercury parts I needed such as a control box, SeaStar Cylinder, etc. for my Sprint 280 PRO project (going from Yamaha to Mercury) on FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE, good source of parts from all over the states.

Thanks for the input. I have checked there also without any luck. There aren't any Johnson concealed control boxes that fit my 277 in my area. Also googled and amazon and a few other places.

This may not be what you want to do "BUT", to could always go with a simple "FWD-REV" shift as sold by EDDIE MARINE and then opt for a foot throttle. That's what I had on my Sprint 290 DC, clean looking shifter.

Must be missing it. looked for Toonabasser couldn't see it. Perhaps my 73 YO eyes are blurry :)
