center (deck storage) drain blocked with foam

I have an 08 X19 and have noticed that the center deck storage (the deepest one) will hold water if i'm caught in a good rain. At the bottom, there is a drain tube that runs all the way back to the transom/bilge area. I tried running fairly straight copper wire hanger to clear it. I was able to pull out some dried foam but it is still blocked. Does anyone have a tip on how to clear this drain tube?

Maybe a length of 12 or 14 gauge house wiring would be stiff enough to push through if it will fit in the drain hole or a snake used to clear clogs in your house. I had a 25' with small corkscrew looking thing on the end that would probably work.
