    Alabama & spotted bass have no size or creel limits now in NC....

    Just read this in the new handbook. Only 2 areas have any type of regulations being Lake Chatuge and the New River. Must want their populations decreased or eliminated.

    Blews Creek needs some thinned out. Been keeping a few for myself. Way to many in there right now.
