I bet they delay it as they do most things. And even if they don't you'll have a year before they implement it, I'm sure. Mortgage companies need time to adapt and make software changes.

I thought loan sharking was illegal
I am inclined to believe it has more to do with people deferring their payment under this Whu Flu crap and then back-ending the balance. This is costing a big pile of money to the lenders as they also have to pay the impounds on Taxes and insurance.
So does this impact me? Not closing on refinance until September sometime due to them being backed up but have already locked in and signed papers on the 10th.
