remote hydrometer?

anyone have any experience with a remote hydrometer? I want to add one to the crawl space and looking for recommendations. Thanks.

I think you want a hygrometer. If you need a hydrometer for your crawl space, you have a serious humidity problem!

I looked for one a whole back. Seems like there are plenty of wireless versions, but I couldn’t find a decent wired one. Problem is they seem to eat batteries.

Yes, you are correct. When they installed the dehumidifier in the crawl space they recommended I get one - and I wrote down hydrometer. They recommended a wireless one but said I would be better off buying one from Lowes or Home Depot over buying one from them. Any recommendations on a wireless hygrometer is appreciated.
