Bobs jackplate question

Started on river tonight, jackplate working fine. Ran couple miles to my spot & jackplate no longer working. When I hit paddle handle I hear a click. Also I would hear the jackplate power come on intermitingly without hitting handle........... So I checked fuse (fine) and ended up disconnecting at battery and fished.

Is there a relay? What to I check tomorrow and troubleshoot?

Does yours have the pump in the boat or is it built in to the plate? If it is the type that has the pump in the boat their is 2 relays mounted to the pump, they look like starter solenoids on a lawn tractor, i believe bobs has an update available for them also.

pump is in jack plate.........I ordered a new solenoid today from Bobs.
