    Enclosed boat trailers

When I was fishing tournaments in the 90,s a few guys ran enclosed trailers. I am out of the tournament deal now, was wondering if anybody used these anymore?? We're these a custom deal of was it a brand of trailer. Thanks.

    Flash from the past!

The enclosed trailers looked cool and would secure your boat/electronics/tackle but also held allot of moisture and became a mold factory. Launching & loading your boat was also a PIA especially by yourself. The Hibdon's also had there double stack bass boat trailer then where they could tournament travel together in one truck.

I have a photo somewhere on my computer of an empty enclosed boat trailer. Seems like it would be a good idea for someone who stored their boat outside.

Also used to have hard covers on hydraulics that stayed on the trailer. Lift cover up and drive boat off. Solid fiberglass? shell covering the boat.
