Not Happy 3.75 update on Solix 12 G2

So did this update and am totally pissed now. I have to solix 12 mega si g2's.....Bow unit appears to be working fine. But the console unit, where I spend 90% of my time, touch screen is NOT working at all. Dead. Was working just before the updates because I went and deleted everything. Total BS and yes I did not skip an update.

I have restored Factory Defaults 3 times, turned touch screen on and off multiple times and still nothing. Networked not networked, nothing. This is total crap man, period.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to try? I use my units 3 to 5 times a week and I cannot afford this down time with my unit(s) and of course this happens on a weekend and no one to contact until Monday morning.

Did you get through? Just a comment. I have seen several people with G2 Touch screen failures. Some have sent units in and now working. I got very used to my G1 touch but in a pinch the knob and joystick work pretty well. Bob

yes got called at about 9 this am cst and left my number for a call back and they call me back in 5 min. Tech stated that it appears that my touch screen is going out. Worked when I turned it on this am and then quit after a few touches. Sending unit in for touch screen replacement.
