1997 Mercury 150 EFI Oil System Question

    Serial number:< 0G451753 (150 EFI, 2.5L Engine Model) >

I am getting a constant alarm occasionally. I can fill the tank on the motor and it stops the alarm. After looking around under cowling I have what appears to be a 3 way fitting under the motor mounted oil tank. It appears to be missing the bottom hose. I cant find any lose hoses either.

anyone know what I am missing and where it goes?
