Pit Stop Marine in Angier does that I am pretty sure. I have had my boat worked on there in the past and they are the best around.
I'm sure Bass Pro in Cary would do it as well. Never had that kind of work done there but the people have been helpful when I have had questions.

I haven't used him, but I can confirm that Triangle Trolling Motor will do full installs for you because I called and asked for a quote a few weeks ago.
