I have an ulterra IPilot link, helix 9g2n and 12 g2n, all connected through a 5 port hub. I can see the IPilot on the helix units and stow/deploy from there, but I get no other link options to control the ulterra from the head units. All software has been updated the the fishsmart and link apps via Bluetooth. I have also tried connecting the motor directly to the helix with the same result. Could it be a software problem, or a bad link unit?
