    Anyone go from a Glass boat to a Vexus AVX1980

    Hello,

    Just looking for comparisons and how you like your 1980.
    What you like and don’t like.

    Siuebass0 went to a 2080, maybe he'll chime in. I think his Ranger was a Z185 though.

    Dartman went from a 521 to a 1980. Maybe he will chime in as well but I think he is pleased with the boat and he fishes big water...Erie and Ontario.

    The frist thing you will notice is it handle different then a glass boat. But it seems to be a learning curve. Haven't had boat in any real ruff stuff yet. Boat fishes well. Fells narrow but is not. Great boat but if had to do over again boat tows like a dream! Vexus customer support is awesome take long hard look one test drive or ride in one if you can. It may sell you or may trun you off. I like mine its growing on me....
