G2 aux battery charge connector part help

I'm having trouble finding a part number. I recently changed my battery setup from separate starting and house batteries to a single battery for both functions. In doing so, I have removed my auxiliary battery charging kit 5009079. Now I can't find the cap that goes on the auxiliary charging battery cable under the front cover. I know I saved it when I installed the charging kit but I can't find it in my spare parts.

I believe this is a Packard connector but not sure. I would like to find a cap for it (unless you guys have another idea) but I can't find tbe dang part number.

Looks like its 3011920, the description is 3 position cap battery isolator

Is that under 02-0 electrical harness or 02-2 electrical and ignition

On Bossweb the dealer program its under "V" for Battery Isolator Cap Assembly on the main wire harness

Weird but the same part number shows for both sides of the connection ... male and female.... on the outboard auxiliary battery charge connector under the front cover AND for the connector on the auxiliary battery charging kit, itself.

You would think they would have to be different caps

I show 3011918 for the other side of the connector.

I'm looking at the instructions that came with the kit. It list the the plug for the connector on tbe kit 5009079 as 3011920.

Then when i look at the schematics on shop2.evinrude under 02-0 electrical harness and under 02-2 electrical and ignition, both caps have the same 3011920 number

I'm looking for the cap or cover to protect this battery isolator connector...



It should be this part (green arrow)...



I removed this connector from the auxiliary battery charging cable to make it easier to pull through the rigging tube...



And for now, I am using it to cap off the battery isolator connector... Perhaps that's the way it is supposed to be but it looks different in the instructions above and it only has one plug in the cavity leaving two holes open. I could seal them off with silicone or try to find the plugs somewhere.




I believe the part number for the cap that I am looking for is ...

102: 3011920 CONNECTOR, 3 Position cap. Battery isolator

It is confusing because that part number is shown on the electrical harness schematic as being part of V - Battery Isolator Cap Assembly AND also is listed here as part of the connector on the aux battery cable...



Wierd, because 3011920 is listed both as a cap for the female connector (under the G2 front cover) AND as the connector body on the aux battery cable (3rd pic from the top)

I'm going to order the part you first suggested 3011920, if you agree that that is most likely the part I need.

Found it.

Delphi/Packard Metri-Pack 480 series sealed connectors
Female: 12131592 (Evinrude 3011918)
Male: 15344628 (Evinrude 3011920)
There is no "cap". The male connector is used as a cap. That accounts for why the Evinrude part number is the same in both schematics.
