    Trim pump issues

    I have the mercruiser trim pump with plastic reservoir, last trip I noticed trim up was slow and sounds like air , trim down was great and no air. I added fluid but it didnt need any and it didnt help , I pulled pump from boat and it's on the bench . The motor is off and I need get the pump out of plastic reservoir ,has anyone pulled one these apart?

    Yes and the dang metal screens have rotted off or sumthin, u know if u can replace the screens or if they sell em for the pump?
