I have a 1990 200 EFI which pools water. I found the leak, which is coming off the water lines. Check to make sure those are all tight. I would think if you had a cracked head it likely would be going out the exhaust rather than pooling. But of course that's speculation without basis not pictures.
after running the engine again i realized its not coming from the head gasket. After looking at the manual i think its coming from between the powerhead and exhaust plate
very possible or bottom of divider plate

Theres not a ton of water that comes out. I just noticed it one day while running the engine in the driveway
