Just got the total boat rewire kit from Bass250Electronics with 10-2 wire and terminal block. I don't wanna mount it under the console cuzz I wouldn't have easy access. Thinking about on the back side of that access panel in the driver side rod locker.

The back side of the starboard locker is a pretty typical place for those. Makes it easy to access if adding things or if a fuse decides to go
I plan on putting mine on the inside wall of the driver rod box. Will be mounting a piece of starboard and then screwing it to that.

I mounted my Blue Seas fuse block and Humminbird ethernet hub on the back side of my starboard locker similar to Nickstanislaus' picture above.
