    Finally my bourbon came in.

I have been waiting to buy Wellers Full proof Bourbon for years. I finally found a guy who sold it to me . Now when to open and try it?

Nice grab on the Full proof. I ran into the holy grail early this year and snagged a William Larue Weller along with a George T Stagg.

Have not opened the WLW, but this George T Stagg is just about the best I have had so far. Happen to have two bottles of this in case I can't find it.

Need some help....just checked my cabinet. I love Weller 12. I noticed after reading Facemelter comments that I also had a W.L. Weller 12 bottle. I assume this is the “William Larue”? If so, what is the difference?

    Thanks.

Nice I got two bottles of 107 and a bottle of Special Reserve in a couple weeks ago. Open it now. Enjoy it. I'm almost done with the first bottle of 107. So good.

I love the 107 as well. 12 year is second on the list for me so i'm excited to see how the full proof is.

If you're asking about the Weller's Full Proof, I believe the tab on that bottle would be more like $500.

William Larue Weller is part of Buffalo Trace's "antique collection" thats only released once a year with extremely limited quantities. Usually released with the Pappy Van Winkle lineup near the end of the year in October or sometime around there.

Along with Eagle Rare 17 year old.
    George T Stagg.
    Thomas H Handy
    and Sazerac 18 year old.

Weller 12 is a damn fine glass of bourbon. I have one open and one backup.

Anyone paying $500 for any Weller is a fool in the truest sense of the word. The last bottle of FP I saw sold for $49, which is msrp.

That is a great MSRP here it is $79. but good luck getting on the list to buy one. If you are in an area thats has them buy it. As far as me being a fool , while I didn't pay exactly $500 for the bottle it was close enough to be called a fool. But I'm also the fool who has spent $400 on a fishing pole, $20 for a plug, more for a boat to fish in than my first house, and is considering pay 6K just so I don't have to throw a few anchors overboard when I'm sight fishing. HA HA
