Anyone 'spinning' 4 blade renegade props on their Gen1 Etech ?
running a 4 blade 17x25p Renegade on my Gen1 2017 225HO .... but on my old 2003 225HO Ficht when i ran these Renegade props that have a narrower center i would sometimes spin the prop and then have to get the hub reset and i gave up and went to a Raker 3 blade
Was that a heat issue only on the older engines on the Renegade BASS props to have spun hub issues ? or will i have the same issue with the 2017 etech ? hoping no.

Don't think I've ever seen a 17 diameter Gade before. Did you ever try using diffuser ring other wise known as a weed ring to channel the exhaust gases thru the prop? How is the hole shot with the Gade on your Etec?

the hole shot is great but i'm the guy with the porposing action going on... i need to answer your questions... we had a big power outage up here and running around doing tree work.. will get back to you.. thanks championman
