    ‘03 520 strong gas smell in port rod locker?

    Any ideas on cause? Where do the tanks vent? Thanks...

    That rod locker is a good distance from the tanks or any fuel lines since the tanks are located under the seats and there's no reason for the fuel lines to be forward of them. You may have a leak that pooled on that side of the hull.
