I have a 2019 Z19 running the 23P and set at 3.5" P2P. I can get ~66mph GPS at 5600RPM. Your numbers are right on. This boat is not a speed demon but rides extremely well. For all those saying that this hull "chine walks" or "walks really bad" IMO it is 90% driver error. The only time I have had this boat chine walk AT ALL is when I was breaking it in at WOT. Once I figured out where the boat wants to be trimmed at top speed, it never walks. Most of the time if guys would just trim the hell down and sacrifice 1-2mph speed they'd see this hull rides like a dream. Sorry - rant over.
Your setup is right on with what I've seen - I wouldn't change anything.
