If you mean the Hook2 5 at your console, then no, it will be attached to an in hull transducer near the back of your boat. If you are talking about the bow mounted graph, it can be either. If it’s just the sonar Fortrex they should mount the transducer on your TM to allow you the DI option. If your Fortrex has DI in the head, they will (should) hook it that way. Either way you should ask for the transducer that came with the Hook2.
