    CHATTERBAIT ??????

1.Can you tell the difference in the blades sold
by the 3 biggest parts catalog vendors VS the
    Coffin blade???
    2. If you think the coffin shape is better, where can
they be bought w/o paying half the price of the finished
bait??? I'm not interested in a China source unless
they are dependable as far as quality and delivery.

Why not just spend the money on a Jackhammer.Unless you are building to sell in bulk.Cheaper than ordering a bunch of parts. Ive been throwing the same one for more than a year . I have had to sharpen the hook a couple times and its had at least 3 new skirts put on it but caught tons of fish on it.

I know I don’t like he thick blades some places sell. They don’t work as good. Is there anywhere you buy the thin style?

I have no intentions of quantity. I just want to experiment
I already have the completed Jig bodies. If anyone has a Coffin style
blade source, please PM me. Thanks. LDS

If the thickness doesn't bother you just trim the other ones to the shape you like . I just did that to one I made. I wanted a smaller blade to try and keep tehe bait down a little better . I haven't tried it yet but it cut real easily with a pair of tin snips.

My buddy told me he made an entire blade that way.
I had rather buy a dz, ready to hook. LDS

The standard shakee blades from Barlows tackle is what I use. I’ve made hundreds of them and they are flawless. Very strong. The Turbo is a waste. Standard is what to use. Best price also.
