    Looks like the river is going to get a good flushing

    Here in southern Maryland we are getting a ton of rain. I hope everyone gets through this with no damage.

    It needs allot of rain. The salt water has been creeping up near Potomac creek and killing off the grass there.

    That saltwater has come up the river multiple times in the past 15 years where folks caught flounder off there dock in Aquia. It kills the SAV and you can see small blue fish cruising the flats.

    We got enough freshwater to push the line back a bit. Salinity at Point Lookout was 22 PSU last week and it's 19 today.
