Motor power problem New 2020 FXR21
Issues asking for a friend. Brand new. just got the break-In hours on it 2020-FXR21, 2020 Yamaha 250
2020-250 Yamaha Very slow slow out of the hole. Not sure what prop was put on it new. Manual jackplate.
Boat leans very bad most of the time on/to passenger side all the time when running.
Any suggestions.

First check to make sure the Hot Foot is adjusted properly. Remove cowling have someone press pedal and someone watch the throttle body to make sure that the little mark on the silver arm matches the full throttle mark on the motor exactly. The boat does lean to the passenger side until you get to about 25mph, do to the 3 batteries on that side and only one on drivers side, but this is usually only notice when there is a passenger. Are you getting atleast 5800 RPMs at full throttle? If the HF is adjusted properly and you are not getting up to or more than 5800, then the dealer needs to look at it.
