Didn't ranger make some six figure boats a couple years ago? At least with a Ballistic you would have a awesome custom made boat.

Not by a long shot. Retail is anywhere from $31,500-$36,000.

dayuum. Id have to have so much money that I didnt care about it. Imagine taking a gouge out of the side of it fishing docks or something or some wake boat rolling deep into no wake zone while it was tied to the dock.

That is Brian’s personal boat, he owns Duck River Marine, about an hour from where I live. I’m pretty sure he’s a member here as well.

Yet every time this topic comes up the same people are shocked and can’t understand why and how a boat(luxury item) can be expensive.

who thinks she is a royal.. You can certainly have my share...

Anyone wonder if it would be ONLY $88k if they didn't go for the 'artsy-fartsy' pics?

It amuses me to see you guys hating on a $100K boat. That’s only a drop in the bucket for a salt water rig. Even a lot of the bay/shallow water boats have a price tag north of $100K. If talking offshore boats, $100K might be a small down payment. There are plenty of folks who can afford expensive toys (cars, boats, planes, etc.). I don’t have that kind of money, but I’m also not going to hate on someone that does.

This is BBC man...the only place in the world where a man can have a 3 million dollar house on the ocean with a 500K 42' yellowfin on his own private lift, couple ferraris in garage and considered a fool.

Ive been in a cat doing well over 100. Its a new level of pucker factor. If you are an adrenaline junkie though it's hard to beat. I've watched 4 friends of my family in 3 separate incidents be buried over high speed powerboat accidents though...that sobers you up pretty fast to the reality of it.

It seems to me it's about value , it is a lot of money for a bass boat period , no sure why your bring up salt water rigs no one is talking about them.
I like the boat and if I was ever thinking about spending that kind of money on a bass boat it would at least have to be new .
