T/P SENOR WIRING ON 200 FICHIT

1999 200 FICHIT E200FPLEEN Does this ecu use a 4 to 6 reference voltage ??? Alos I assume the red wire in the t/p senor is vref the green wire is signal and the black wire signal return, if that is correct than I should be able to back probe the greeen and black wires to set my t/p voltage is that correct??

Thanks I just wanted to be sure on the connections for the reading,i figured it would be simular to a car t/p. On the 5.0 motors we would set the voltage at idle as close to 1 as possible to help throttle responce does that work on these motors also??
