    ALX powerbolt

    Got it in the mail today. This is my first ALX rod and it seems to be finished as well as any rod I have owned. It will see duty on deck with a few Fitzgerald flipping sticks. Hopefully I will get a chance to see how it compares and test out if it has the backbone I am used to with the Fitzgerald rods. The only complaint that I have is that I wish the handle was an inch or so longer.

    We can always custom build one with a longer handle in the future!

    I know you have offered to make one with a full cork grip before too. I may take you up on that some day but I wanted to try one off the rack for a while before having one made.
