Looking at possibly selling 2003 200 pro xl with 2013 Etec 225HO, I would rate the boat 7.5, could use carpet and seats.

lots of variables? single or dual axle? age of electronics? TM type? poles? talons? battery age? tires newer? with the little bit of info you gave I would guess mid teens just due to motor being newer?
carpet $2k or so and seats $500-1000?
i have a 2000 that looks new, has new carpet, seats like new, tires and batteries almost new with updated electronics and talons plus lots of newer small things like remote drain and nice cover and I would expect 14K- or slightly so for mine?

I bought a 2005 200 Pro Xl last year in very good condition with a 225 Yamaha , old electronics & old trolling motor for $17,500.
2003 200 pro xl boat was slick, carpet and seat 6 outa 10, 1993 motor i gave 12500
