Thanks, ordered some Starbrite marine silicone to use.
I asked the same question directly to Ranger and they recommended 3m 4000, 4200, or 5200. I went with the 4200, 2 years so far so good.
3M 4200 is the go to choice.

Locktite PL Marine, or 3M 4000 UV... both very similar.
I realize you already bought the silicone, I actually ordered the Starbrite marine silicone with my jackplate but when I finally got around to installing, I decided to use Locktite PL Marine.
