Can someone tell me the difference in the 3.1 OX66 200 and 225?
all parts look to be the same. Block, piston, heads, CDI, all Same part number between the two.

I presume that you are trying to compare a VX200 with a VX225.
How did you come to the position that part numbers are the same? That is not what the Yamaha parts catalogs indicate.
