    Headed out to Lay Lake

    Going to do some pre-tournament fishing on Lay tomorrow. Putting in at Beeswax and going to fish a few grass flats then do some deep water ledge and point fishing. Feels good to get back on a lake I know. Looking forward to hooking up on some largemouths.

    How did you end Up doing? I’ve been catching a good many fish but no size to the ones I’m finding. Good luck in your tournament.

    Just some dinks. Without the water moving from the dams being opened up, it is super tough. I’m thinking I will fish the upper portion of the river come tournament day.
