2017 250 Pro XS no start-shooting fuel out the rail

I am borrowing a boat from a buddy and it has a 2017 Pro XS with only 5 hours. When leaving a spot the other day it wouldn't start. Pulled the cowling and atomized fuel is shooting out of a small hole on what looks to be a sensor on the back of the port side fuel rail. Couldn't see where anything came unplugged and the parts breakdown just show the whole rail as one part. Any ideas?

Looks like Mercury tells the dealer to replace the fuel rails when it happens under warranty. Now to wait the two weeks it takes for parts to ship...

    Above would be correct.
