    Helix 10 not showing waypoints

    hey guys
    got 2 helix 10 gen2
this weekend they stop showing the shared waypoints.
if I mark one on the console it will not show up front and vice versa.
it says that they are sharing waypoints.

    thanks
    Joe

Does each unit show the other as networked (not greyed out) on the network source tab? If not, you have a connection issue.

Please re-read above. Go under network source menu and see if they're actually networked. Even with sharing waypoints turned on, they can't share waypoints if they're not networked.

Clean out and reseat your connectors before buying a new cable.

Do a system check, both units must show an ip address or they are not talking. I have the same units and mine recently did the same thing. I crawled under the console and loosened and and redid all connections, front unit too. It started working after that. Good luck.

Recently had this same problem. When I didn't see the IP address i knew they weren't networked. I had just changed graphs at the console so I was thinking my problem was up front. Removed the shroud and found my wiring still plugged and everything good. Then went to console to check ethernet connection there and found it had come unplugged. Tightened them back together cut everything on and was back to sharing. Hope you find the issue
