Don't use free shipping and you'll be fine.
And yes, the spam emails asking for me to order more stuff while waiting for my missing first order,and waiting on a response from customer service about my missing order, was irritating as f**k.
I have used their free shipping or economy shipping and have never had a problem. The carriers are at fault not Midway in your case but I bet if you opened a case with them they would resend it. Midway provides exceptional customer service.

Yep. Needed some 1/2oz brass Carolina rig weights. Usually get them form BPS but they aren't offering them on-line right now for some reason. Midway had them and they are the exact same thing as the ones BPS sells. Got them in just a few days. I'll buy from them again.

The key to ordering from Midway is to place an order large enough that USPS can't handle it. Not yet bought tackle but have gotten truckloads of other stuff from them over the years. All large volume orders and they all came UPS direct. If I order before noon on Monday it's delivered on Wednesday. Last weeks order was the same.

UPS delivered my reel to USPS @ 11:00 am 7/30 in Lavergne, Tn., where it is still sitting.

Have not used them for tackle yet, have ordered from them many times in the reloading supplies always good prices and customer service. Have met Mr. Potterfield a couple time seems to be good guy, he puts his money where his mouth is (ie) youth hunting and shooting. We need more people like him.
