Prop selection help 2015 triton 21 trx

I’ve been running a 25p fury turning 6k rpms topping around 66 normally and switched to a 27p tempest and ran 5.7k rps at 64 mph. That’s horrible for my boat compared to what I see others do. Any suggestions? Thanks

It dont sound like the prop is the cause... Motor may not be putting out 100%

    Fury 22% slip
    Tempest 26%

Is your tach off or motor too high? Dragging power poles?

It could be and I usually keep the jackplate around 2 inches up except in shallow water. And yep I have poles. Also it is randy howells 15 tour boat if that helps any?
