Good afternoon. I’m hoping Bass Cat will chime in on this thread but I wrecked my trailer this spring and have an insurance claim which has been paid to the shop already. I need a new tongue, steps, grab pole, actuator and winch. I’ve called the shop and they are blaming Bass Cat for refusing to supply him the parts necessary for the repair. I think it sounds really fishy. Does Bass Cat not have the parts in hand or is the shop I’m working with pulling my leg?

Call and talk to Allen in pats in the morning. The new tongue will probably need to be manufactured. Step and pole will probably be stocked along with the winch. Step may need to be manufactured due to gel coat matching the fender color.
BCB will not just refuse to send anyone parts, as long as they are paid for.

All of those weld on parts are fabricated at time of production. We do sell them and it’s going to require someone to assist on pricing those parts.
