    If you are refering to throttle control the answer is yes as is the shifting. The steering on the non-verados can be standard cable or hydraulic if desired.

    The only things on my 250R is the throttle and shifter.. With that said it's still mechanical where it hooks to the motor.
    Has normal hydraulic steering.

    Depends on WHICH 4-Stroke you are referring to.

    The V6/V8 models are available in both a Mechanical and a DTS version. Regardless of which version: The V6/V8 models are ELECTRONIC Throttle and Shift control engines (PCM Controlled based on operator inputs).

    Steering is either Hydraulic or Power-Hydraulic.

    The 150hp (and below) current production 4-strokes are MECHANICAL engines.
